北京华一康健国际医院管理中心是一所集科研、培训和咨询为一体的跨学科学术机构。旨在通过开放发展、共享共赢、多专业视角的平台,完成更高水平的综合性知识集结,致力于中国医疗卫生事业的改革与发展。中心主要职能是有效采集有关信息为政府有关部门制定政策、法规、标准、规范提供必要的科学依据;同时,为中国的医院管理实践服务,提供专题研究、成果转化、教育培训、管理咨询、运营分析、技术协作等工作。

北京华一康健国际医院管理中心成长于中国医疗卫生体制改革的浪潮,聚集一批杰出的医学教育专家、医院管理专家、卫生经济学专家、医院建筑和设计专家等中青年专家学者,以推动中国医院职业化管理进程和提高中国医院职业化管理水平为己任,以建立适合中国国情的现代医院管理制度,构建科学化、专业化、职业化医院运营管理体系为目标,按照“小机构、大网络”的原则,立足于中国医疗卫生体制机制改革理论研究与实践应用。



办公室工作职责:
1、负责中心文秘、文书档案管理和行政事务工作。
2、负责中心财务工作和分支机构的财务监督管理工作。
3、作好各办事机构和各分支机构之间的协调、沟通工作;密切同社会各界及有关社会团体组织间的联系,增强团结,多方合作。
4、负责中心来信来访接待、会议安排、用品购置等日常工作。
5、中心办公地点卫生保洁、保安、消防等总务工作。
6、完成中心领导交办的工作。
